7. Fees and Payments
All fees are governed by the Institutional Fees & Refunds Policy (FIN–POL–2025–001).

Application and administrative fees are non-refundable.

FJICI reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice published on its website.
8. Code of Conduct
All students and users are expected to:

Violations may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or dismissal.

If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for review.
All disputes are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom.
15. Changes to the Terms
FJICI reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the official website and become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
