FJICI reserves the right to accept, reject, or defer any application based on eligibility, compliance, or capacity.
Misrepresentation or falsification of information may lead to cancellation of admission without refund.

7. Fees and Payments
All fees are governed by the Institutional Fees & Refunds Policy (FIN–POL–2025–001).

• Application and administrative fees are non-refundable.

• Tuition fees and refund conditions are clearly outlined before enrolment.

• FJICI reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice published on its website.
   

8. Code of Conduct
All students and users are expected to:

• Maintain respectful communication with staff, peers, and agents.

• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.

• Uphold academic honesty and integrity.

• Comply with institutional regulations during online or in-person sessions.

Violations may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or dismissal.

9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, digital content, and institutional branding are the property of FJICI or its licensors.
Users may not:

  Limited access to study materials is granted solely for personal educational use.

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund beyond the conditions outlined in FIN–POL–2025–001.

14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from enrolment, services, or these Terms shall first be resolved internally through the Campus Administrator.
If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for review.
All disputes are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom.

15. Changes to the Terms
FJICI reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the official website and become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
