1. Currency

1.1 All fees are payable in British Pounds Sterling (£).

2. Payment Structure

2.1 A non-refundable seat deposit is required to secure a place.

2.2 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days prior to programme commencement.

2.3 Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Instalment Arrangements

3.1 Where approved in writing, participants may pay in instalments.

3.2 All instalments must be fully paid before the programme start date.

4. Payment Methods

4.1 Payments must be made via authorised online payment systems or bank transfer.

4.2 Participants are responsible for any bank or currency conversion charges.

5. Payment Confirmation

5.1 Official receipts are issued upon confirmation of payment.

5.2 A final payment confirmation will be issued once the full balance has been received.
