Eligibility Requirements

To ensure the highest standard of readiness and international success, applicants to FJ International Career Institute (FJICI) pathway programs must meet the following criteria:

Criteria

1 / Educational Background

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required for all pathway programs;​

    • Healthcare Pathway: Degree in nursing, allied health, or life sciences;

    • Hospitality: Degree in hospitality, business, or related vocational studies;

  • Official academic transcripts or degree certificates must be submitted.

2 / Language Proficiency

  • Intermediate Language proficiency (minimum CEFR B1 level);

  • Applicants may be required to provide proof of language ability (IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, or equivalent);

  • Language training is included to support further improvement.

3 / Motivation & Career Goals

  • A strong interest in building a career in the selected industry (Healthcare, Hospitality).

  • Demonstrated willingness to participate in international internship opportunities.

4 / Travel & Visa Eligibility

Must be legally eligible to travel to Europe for internship placements (UK, Netherlands, Germany, etc.);

Visa support and documentation guidance will be provided, but final visa decisions rest with immigration authorities.

5 / Technical Requirements

  • Access to a computer or tablet and stable internet for online learning components;

  • Comfort with digital tools and communication platforms (Zoom, email, LMS).

6 / Documents Required

  • Completed online application form;

  • Copy of valid passport (with at least 12 months before expiration);

  • Degree certificate and academic transcripts;

  • Resume/CV;

  • English language test score (if applicable);

  • Personal statement outlining career goals and motivation.
