Application Fee is payable upon submitting your application. This non-refundable fee covers eligibility assessment and application processing.
02 Application Review

The admissions team reviews your qualifications and documents;

03 Online Interview

Shortlisted candidates will attend a short video interview;

The interview assesses your motivation, communication skills, and program readiness.
04 Conditional Offer Letter

If approved, you’ll receive a Conditional Offer Letter detailing:

Program structure and modules;

Preferred internship locations;

Total tuition and payment milestones.

Payment Step - To confirm enrollment, you must pay:

The Enrollment Fee;

100% of the tuition fee.

Once received, FJICI will issue your Formal Admission Letter and grant access to the online learning platform.
05 Pre-Departure Training Phase

Begin your language and professional training online.
We start collecting your documents and preparing them for the visa process.
06 Internship Confirmation & Final Payment

Payment Step: Before we can issue your internship placement documents and start the visa application process, the final payment of the Internship Fee must be paid. This final payment ensures timely issuance of internship confirmation letters and full visa support.
