Admissions Policy
1. Purpose
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the European Language & Cultural Immersion Program 2026 delivered by Falesia Jovial Internationall career Institute (FJICI).
1.2 By submitting an application and paying the required deposit, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Refund Policy and Payment Policy.
2. Programme Overview
2.1 The programme is delivered in the following locations:

London - UK: 5 July – 18 July 2026

Paris - France : 19 July – 01 August 2026
-
Berlin - Germany : 02 August – 15 August 2026
2.2 Each destination is a two-week structured academic and cultural programme.
2.3 The programme includes:

20 hours per week structured learning
-
European career development workshops
-
Cultural and industry visits
-
Welcome and farewell events
-
Certificate of Completion
2.4 Participants may enrol in one, two, or all three programme locations.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Participants must be aged 18–30 at the time of programme commencement.
3.2 Participants must demonstrate basic English proficiency sufficient to participate in academic sessions and workshops.
3.3 Participants must hold a valid passport and are solely responsible for meeting visa and immigration requirements for the United Kingdom, France, and Germany.
3.4 A written motivation statement must be submitted as part of the application process.
3.5 FJICI reserves the right to request additional information where necessary to determine suitability.
4. Booking and Acceptance
4.1 Applications must be submitted through the official online application form.
4.2 A place is confirmed only upon receipt of the required non-refundable deposit.
4.3 FJICI reserves the right to refuse or withdraw admission where:

Eligibility criteria are not met

False or misleading information has been provided
-
Behaviour prior to programme commencement raises safeguarding concerns
4.4 The contract between FJICI and the participant is formed once written confirmation of acceptance is issued and the deposit has been received.
5. Programme Fee and Inclusions
5.1 The programme fee is £_____ per country for each two-week programme.
5.2 The inclusive package includes:

5.3 The programme fee does not include:

International flights
-
Visa application fees
-
Travel insurance upgrades
-
Personal expenses
-
Additional meals not specified
-
Optional excursions not listed in the official schedule
6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
6.1 Attend all scheduled academic sessions and activities punctually.
6.2 Comply with local laws and regulations in each host country.
6.3 Maintain respectful, professional, and cooperative behaviour at all times.
6.4 Follow accommodation rules and health and safety instructions.
6.5 Refrain from conduct that may endanger themselves or others.
6.6 Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, removal from accommodation, or withdrawal from the programme without refund.
7. Accommodation
7.1 Accommodation is provided on a shared basis unless otherwise specified.
7.2 Participants are expected to maintain appropriate behaviour and respect shared living arrangements.
7.3 Damage to accommodation or property caused by a participant must be paid for directly by that participant.
8. Health and Insurance
8.1 Basic medical insurance is included in the programme package.
8.2 Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to travel.
8.3 FJICI is not responsible for undisclosed medical conditions.
8.4 Participants are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, baggage, and personal liability.
9. Changes and Cancellation by FJICI
9.1 FJICI reserves the right to amend activities, venues, accommodation arrangements, or schedules due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
9.2 FJICI will provide participants with written notification of any material changes prior to programme commencement.
9.3 Where a significant change materially affects the programme prior to commencement, participants may be offered:

A suitable alternative arrangement, or
-
A refund of fees paid in accordance with this policy
9.4 If FJICI cancels the programme entirely before commencement, participants will receive a refund of fees paid, excluding non-recoverable third-party costs where already incurred and disclosed.
10. Liability
10.1 FJICI is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
10.2 FJICI is not responsible for visa refusals, immigration decisions, flight cancellations, or transport disruptions.
10.3 Participation in excursions and travel activities is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
11. Data Protection
11.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
11.2 Data is collected solely for educational, administrative, and safeguarding purposes.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
