1. Scope

1.1 This Refund Policy applies to all confirmed bookings.

2. Participant Withdrawal

2.1 Withdrawal more than 60 days before programme start
80 percent of the programme fee refunded.

2.2 Withdrawal between 30 and 60 days before programme start
50 percent refunded.

2.3 Withdrawal less than 30 days before programme start
No refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1 Seat deposit.
3.2 Visa-related costs.
3.3 Confirmed third-party bookings.
3.4 Administrative processing fees.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

4.1 Serious medical emergencies may be considered upon submission of official documentation.

4.2 Decisions are made at the discretion of FJICI management.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Approved refunds are processed within 30 calendar days.

5.2 Refunds are returned to the original payer via the original payment method.
